Spacewar: 3012 was to be a Freelancer-like star pilot game where your primary objective was amassing funds through various means in order to defeat an old enemy.
This project is so old that I don’t even have any screen shots of it. I originally started this project shortly after deciding that Dark Skies would be too difficult to develop for our small team. It was to be a precursor to Dark Skies and would be based in the same universe, setting up the story for the players of the larger game. Elements of Dark Skies and Spacewar: 3012 are found in Project Diaspora, however, you will not likely see either Dark Skies or Spacewar: 3012 any time soon as Particlestorm Productions is effectively not working together at this time.
